The Mystery of Easter Saturday

From the Bible we can find out all about Good Friday and Easter Sunday. However, very little was written about the Saturday in between. In Year 6 we decided to try to put ourselves in the place of the people there at the time; and imagine what may have been running through their minds and hearts on Saturday. This is the script for the play Year 6 performed. It is beautifully illustrated with black and white images, reflecting the mood of the piece. It also has Bible study reference notes for people who would like to explore. (This play is written to be performed as a 'Flashmob'; and as such, much of the action takes place within the audience space. However, it can be easily adapted to a more traditional performance.)
